Rupa DeLoach is founder and principal of Level Up Solutions, a company focused on leveraging data and technology to initiate economic, community, and workforce development innovations. She also serves as a faculty fellow at Lipscomb University teaching Economics for Leaders focused on empirical economic policy development. Rupa has over 20 years of public and private sector experience as an economist conducting research and strategic solutions from the Nashville Area Chamber of Commerce, Maury County Economic Alliance, North Star Destination Strategies, the Tennessee Department of Economic & Community Development and Vanderbilt University.
Rupa DeLoach has nearly three decades of experience as an entrepreneur and consultant to various businesses and NGOs throughout the world. She has a deep interest in developing empowerment strategies for veterans, women, and children particularly in rural communities and the developing world. She is a much sought after speaker and researcher whose insights and wholistic thinking on economic trends and public policy have guided federal, state, and municipal governments, EDOs, and NGOs chart bold public policy and strategic initiatives.
Rupa DeLoach currently serves on the national advisory board for the Women Business Collective engaged in advancing women in the C-Suite, as well as the board of Cumberland Region Tomorrow, a Middle Tennessee organization focused on smart growth strategies, and the Columbia Peace and Justice Initiative, dedicated to increasing awareness of the civil rights history in Columbia. She was a founding member of the Southern Automotive Women’s Forum, where she served on the Board of Directors as VP of Research and Development as well as on the organization’s executive leadership team. Rupa has a graduate degree in Economics from Vanderbilt University and an undergraduate degree in Public Management.
Rupa and her husband live in Maury County with their two children, and a menagerie of animals. She is an avid runner who plans to run a marathon or half marathon in every state within the next ten years.
