Michael Stahl

As the Chief Commercial Officer of Thrivence, Michael Stahl brings unique expertise as a founder, executive, Board Director and strategic advisor – helping tech-enabled services companies grow from formation to exit. He has deep experience helping companies create the necessary commercial and operational infrastructure to drive efficient, sustainable and scalable revenue growth. Prior to joining Thrivence, Michael served as the co-founder, CEO and member of the Board of Directors at Integrative Health Centers, Inc. (IHC). During his time at IHC, Michael conceptualized and launched this healthcare technology company, which integrates mental health services seamlessly into underserved community health clinics through the use of telehealth. Under his leadership, IHC experienced tremendous growth. In less than four years, the company scaled from an idea on a whiteboard to a company that partnered with and provided mental health services to more than 230 clinics across 16 states throughout the country. Before starting IHC, Michael served in leadership roles such as General Counsel and VP of Operations, helping companies navigate the challenges and opportunities that come with private equity financing, closing multiple mergers and acquisitions, and scaling teams and infrastructures to make the products and services available across the globe. In each case, Michael has enjoyed helping teams deliver outstanding services and customer experiences, even during those high growth periods. Michael graduated with distinction from Stanford Law School. Prior to law school, he earned a master's degree in Human and Organizational Development from Vanderbilt University, where his thesis on racial profiling was published in a national journal. Michael completed his undergraduate studies at Georgetown University, where he graduated summa cum laude and earned multiple awards for academic achievement and community service. Beyond his professional endeavors, Michael enjoys time with his family and staying active. Residing in Nashville, Tennessee, he cherishes life with his wife, Heather, and their two children and two dogs.
