Amy Ware, MHA, MEd, FACHE, is Head of Healthcare Strategy & Transformation at Thrivence Consulting, where she advises CEOs, boards, and executive teams on growth, investment, and the strategic decisions shaping the future of healthcare organizations.

She brings more than 15 years of leadership experience across strategy, growth, operations, and healthcare delivery. Before joining Thrivence, Amy led oncology strategy, growth, and operations across a major multi-state market for HCA Healthcare, with responsibility spanning hospitals and more than 40 outpatient and diagnostic sites. Previously, she served as Senior Strategy and Operational Advisor to the CEO of The James Cancer Hospital at The Ohio State University and held strategy and business development leadership roles across The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center.

Amy is known for bringing clarity to complex operating environments, asking the difficult questions early, and helping leadership teams move from strategic debate to disciplined decision-making and execution. Her work spans enterprise growth strategy, service-line development, physician alignment, investment prioritization, operating-model design, and organizational transformation.

A Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives, Amy holds master's degrees in Healthcare Administration and Education from The Ohio State University and is pursuing a Doctor of Healthcare Administration at Franklin University. She has been featured in Forbes, named one of the Top 50 Women Leaders of Tennessee, and received The Ohio State University's Ned Zechman Young Alumni Achievement Award.
