Complex businesses and organizations must be efficient to succeed. But how can leaders structure their organization and lead in such a way that rewards efficiency and innovation simultaneously? That’s what we’re discussing today with Marty Paslick, the Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer of HCA Healthcare.

About Marty Paslick:
Marty is senior vice president and chief information officer of Nashville, Tennessee-based HCA Healthcare, one of the nation’s leading providers of healthcare services.
